We successfully manage in excess of 1,000 individual Strata Lots in both residential and commercial complex’s across Perth.
Owning a Strata property can be very complex and confusing at times. Each Strata complex has its own ‘Strata Company’. Our role is to effectively manage the Strata Company on behalf of the Owners, acting as the Strata Company Managers.
As Strata Company Managers, our management team work closely with the elected Council of Owners to smoothly maintain and run the Strata Company year after year.
We assist all Owners and the Property Managers of tenanted Lots in handling and resolving any queries or issues that may arise relating to the Strata Company and the complex in a prompt and professional manner.
Our management team is able to take out all the hard work, effort and confusion that naturally come with Strata properties. Our duties are diverse and this is only a summary of the many tasks we carry out as part of our day to day services;
We are proud members of REIWA and Strata Community Australia. We also engage on a regular basis with many of WA’s Strata gurus to seek advice and ensure we are up to date with any changes to the Strata Titles Act that will be coming into effect in the near future.
