We have set and proven procedures to accomplish smooth and transparent management of all types of Strata Companies and have an individual Maintenance Register for each Strata Company, to keep track of all works required/requested at the complex. We have a wealth of experience maintenance issue resolution; ranging from water leaks, burst pipes, fires, structural issues, sagging/collapsing ceilings and all in between.

Our service includes an Annual Independent Audit of our Management and Financial Records every year! This is an audit that combines our Strata Division, Property Management Division, General Management and Sales Division records – this is to NO COST to any Strata Company or Owner.

Each Strata Company is set up with its own individual Trust Account which is closely monitored by our Strata Team.

Darrell personally Chair’s most Annual General Meetings and is supported by the Strata Division Manager, and a member of the Strata Division Team. Majority of meetings are held at our office in Joondanna and are scheduled for Owner convenience Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday’s.

Darrell and the Strata Team have very comprehensive expertise in preparing and setting Strata Company budgets and creating maintenance programs that work in with the Owners and the Strata Companies’ financial status.

Communication is paramount and the team pride themselves on their ability to continually communicate with Owners via phone, email and regular post and for acting on all matters in a prompt and efficient manner to which they are able to achieve great results via tried and tested systems set in place.

We strive to provide you with the highest level of customer service and as such, we have cloud based electronic document filing system to ensure that your records are protected for years to come. Our Strata Owner portal is a free service offered by our company and is available to all Strata Lot Owners. Owners can access and view or print Owner Levy Statements, Strata Plans, House Rules for the Complex, Certificate of Insurance and the last Annual General Meeting Minutes.

Our company currently Strata Manages complexes ranging from a group of 3 Lots within one complex to up to 97 Lots within one complex. Our team manages both residential and commercial with properties located from Joondalup to Rockingham and even out to rural Beverley. We are very familiar with and have expertise with large mix-use strata complexes and have worked with budgets as small as $2,000 to in excess of $900,000.
